At EU Motos, we specialize in safely delivering elite electric dirt bikes directly to your doorstep anywhere within the European Union. Because our vehicles are heavy, high-value machinery powered by large lithium-ion batteries, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe transit.

1. Delivery Zones & Territories

We ship exclusively to mainland member states of the European Union (EU).
  • Mainland Delivery: Available to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, and all other mainland EU countries.
  • Islands & Remote Regions: Deliveries to islands (e.g., Mallorca, Corsica, Sardinia, Greek Islands) or exceptionally remote regions may incur additional freight surcharges and extended transit times. Contact our logistics team for a custom quote before ordering.

2. Shipping Costs & Transparent VAT

  • Calculated at Checkout: Accurate freight charges will be calculated before you complete your payment.
  • No Hidden Customs Fees: Because we operate entirely within the EU single market.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order is processed and cleared by our fulfillment center, estimated delivery windows are as follows:
  • Central Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria): 1 to 3 business days
  • Western & Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal): 3 to 5 business days
  • Northern & Eastern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Romania): 4 to 6 business days
Please note: Custom configured bike builds or temporary factory backorders from Stark Future or Bonnell may extend processing times. You will receive tracking details when your bike leaves our warehouse.

4. Dangerous Goods (ADR Class 9) Regulations

The high output batteries powering the Stark VARG and Bonnell bikes are legally classified as UN3480 Class 9 Dangerous Goods under European transport laws.
  • We use certified hazardous materials freight carriers, such as DHL Freight, Schenker, or specialized motorcycle transport networks.
  • Your bike will travel in a legally compliant, impact resistant transport crate or heavy duty factory box.

5. Freight Delivery Protocol (Your Responsibility)

Motorcycle deliveries are handled via large cargo trucks equipped with tail-lifts.
  • Delivery Appointment: The freight company will contact you by phone or email to schedule a specific delivery window. You must be present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.
  • Curbside Delivery: Standard freight shipping covers delivery to the curbside or driveway of your address. Drivers are not required to uncrate the vehicle or move it inside your garage or property.
  • Mandatory Inspection: Inspect the crate or box before signing the courier’s paperwork. If the outer packaging shows severe structural damage, write “Damaged upon arrival” on the delivery slip and take immediate photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours so we can handle insurance claims.

6. Small Items (Gear, Parts, & Accessories)

If you order standalone spare parts, apparel, or rider gear without a vehicle, these items are dispatched via standard premium courier services such as DHL, DPD, or UPS. Standard items generally arrive within 1 to 3 business days across Europe and do not require heavy freight scheduling.
