At EU Motos, we provide a secure and flexible checkout environment. Because purchasing a premium electric dirt bike is a significant investment, we support trusted payment networks across the European Union, protected by industry standard encryption and compliance protocols.

1. Currency

All transactions, invoices, and shipping fees on EU Motos are processed in Euros (€). If you are ordering from an EU member state outside the Eurozone, your issuing bank will calculate the currency conversion based on its daily exchange rate.

2. Supported Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment methods to accommodate riders across different European regions:
  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Bank Transfer: Ideal for high-limit vehicle purchases. Selecting this option generates an official pro-forma invoice with our European IBAN details. Your order will be processed as soon as the funds clear in our account, typically within 1–2 business days.
  • Regional European Direct Banking: We integrate with trusted localized gateways.

3. Payment Security & EU Compliance (PSD2 / SCA)

Your financial security is our highest priority.
  • Data Encryption: Our website uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and financial details during checkout. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
  • 3D Secure Compliance: In accordance with European Union PSD2 regulations, all card transactions are subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You may be prompted to verify your identity through your bank’s security app, using a fingerprint, face ID, or one-time SMS passcode, to authorize the payment.

4. B2B Purchases

  • B2B (Companies): If you are an EU-registered business purchasing a vehicle for commercial use, you can enter your valid EU VAT Identification Number during checkout. Our system will perform an automated real-time VIES check. Once validated, the transaction will be processed as a Zero-Rated Intra-Community Supply (Reverse Charge VAT).

5. Order Processing & Fraud Prevention

  • Anti-Fraud Checks: To protect our customers, all orders undergo an automated fraud assessment. If a billing address does not match the card’s country of origin, or if a high-value order triggers security alerts, our compliance team may request secure proof of identity before dispatching your vehicle.
  • Payment Timing: For in-stock Stark VARG and Bonnell bikes, your payment method will be charged in full at the time of order confirmation. For custom or backordered factory configurations, a deposit structure may apply as outlined during the specific reservation process.
