Refunds & Returns Policy

At EU Motos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a premium electric dirt bike. Because we deal in high-performance machinery, our return policy strictly complies with European Union consumer protection laws while ensuring the integrity and safety of our vehicles.

1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your online purchase and return your items within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the vehicle or goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in a clear, written statement sent before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions for Motorcycles (Stark VARG & Bonnell)

Due to the high value and high performance nature of electric dirt bikes, vehicles must meet the following strict criteria to qualify for a full refund:
  • Zero Mileage: The bike must not have been ridden, tracked, or used. The digital odometer must show delivery mileage only.
  • Original Condition: The vehicle must be completely free of dirt, scratches, modifications, or cosmetic/mechanical wear.
  • Original Packaging: The bike must be returned secure in its original shipping crate or box, including all factory tools, chargers, manuals, smartphone dashes, and keys.
Please note: If a vehicle is returned with signs of use, dirt, or track damage, EU law allows us to deduct the diminished value of the good from your final refund (up to 100% if the vehicle cannot be resold as new).

3. Return Shipping Logistics & Costs

  • Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return freight shipping to our European fulfillment center.
  • Specialist Transport: Because electric dirt bikes contain large lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9) under European transport regulations. They must be transported by a certified hazardous materials carrier. EU Motos can assist in arranging this specialist freight at the customer’s expense.

4. Gear, Parts, and Accessories

For smaller items like riding gear, factory parts, or apparel, standard EU return laws apply:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The customer covers the standard return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received at our European facility, it will undergo a strict mechanical and cosmetic inspection by our technicians.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving and verifying the condition of the returned goods.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
